Our EXP50F Flannel Shirt is made from ultra-soft 200gm 60% Cotton / 40%
Polyester blend fabric that is now available in 4 timeless Buffalo plaid color options. This flannel is super soft with a durable & substantial feel and is easily decorated with screen prints, patches, or labels. Key features include two front pockets, double layer back yoke, button front closure, rollup sleeve vents, and a tear away neck label.

Printing notes:
- When Printing the Flannel fabric it is important to use a Poly Grey Blocker base.
- The Grey Blocker base limits dye migration from excessive heat contaminating your ink and flattens the fuzzy fabric surface to make a smoother final print.
- Recommended Inks for a 1 color Print: Guardian Grey Poly Blocker, Flash, Dummy Screen, Wilflex Poly White, Flash, 2nd pass of Wilflex Poly White, Dry at around 300.
