Refund policy

To Return an Order

Please email us at info@two46industry.com with the following information:

  • A description of the item(s) you would like to return.
  • Photos of the defective product.
  • The reason for the return request.

After we receive this information, we will review your request. You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.


What Can Be Returned

Only items purchased without printing or embroidery can be returned. If the order included any printing design or embroidery, it is not eligible for return. Items must be in new, unused condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) cannot be returned.

 

Shipping

TWO 46 Industry LLC's responsibility ends once the products are delivered to the carrier. TWO 46 Industry LLC is not responsible for refunding or reprinting orders that are damaged or delayed by the carrier (UPS/USPS or FedEx).


What Cannot Be Returned

  • Pixelated prints resulting from low-quality graphics submitted by the client.
  • Products with grammatical or design errors made by the designer.
  • Products with a white outline/halo due to semi-transparent pixels in the original artwork.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the receipt of purchase.


Returns for Refund

All return requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase.


Shipping Charges for Returns

All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. We do not reimburse shipping charges for returned products.

Refund Policy

Customized products are not eligible for refunds; all orders are final sale. Customers will receive a quote before production begins, and upon approval of the quote, payment in full is required to start production.
