Since each item is made-to-order, we can’t accept returns on personalized products unless they are defective or damaged. Please double-check your design and order details before finalizing your purchase.
Non-Custom Items:
For non-custom products, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Email our customer support team at info@two46industry.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. If your item is defective or damaged, please include photos.
2. Wait for Approval:
Once we review your request, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Shipping the Item:
For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was a mistake with the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your item.
4. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges on non-custom items within 30 days of purchase. For custom items, exchanges are only available in cases of defect or error in production. Please follow the steps above to initiate an exchange.Non-Returnable Items
