Can I mix and match sizes and colors?

Yes! You can mix and match any available sizes and colors. We do not have order minimums

How do I find sizing information for products?

Check the 'Sizing Chart' section on the product page to see available size information

How do I care for my custom T-shirt?

To keep your T-shirt looking its best, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low. Avoid ironing directly on the printed design.

What file formats are accepted for custom designs?

We accept PNG, JPEG, and SVG file formats. For the best print quality, we recommend using high-resolution images (300 DPI).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for a smooth and secure checkout process, including:

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately and cannot make changes or cancellations.

What is your turn around time?

We currently print and ship out your orders in two weeks

How will I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way to you.

Do you allow exchanges?

As our products are custom printed for you, we do not allow exchanges.

We do, however, accommodate request for changes in the design if your order has not been printed yet.

What if I receive the wrong item or there’s a mistake in my order?

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us immediately at info@two46industry.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

My package was ruined during transit. What can I do about it?

Two 46 Industry LLC.'s responsibility ends when the products are delivered to the carrier. Two 46 Industry LLC. is not responsible for refunding or reprinting orders that are damaged or delivered late by the carrier (UPS/USPS or FedEx).
